General terms

1. Parties and scope

360spotz is the CRM consultancy practice run by Bas Reichgelt. These terms concern business consultancy assignments where they are declared applicable before the agreement is concluded. The engagement confirmation identifies the contracting business, client and assignment. Specific written agreements take precedence over these general terms.

2. Proposal and engagement

The proposal describes the scope, deliverables, fees, planning and responsibilities. An engagement starts after written agreement. Any offer validity period is stated in the proposal. A website enquiry or an invitation to the CRM hub does not itself create a paid engagement.

3. Delivery and cooperation

Work is performed with professional care on the basis of the agreed scope and information supplied. The client arranges timely access to relevant people, systems and approved information. Planning and deliverables are agreed per assignment. Consultancy does not guarantee a particular commercial result, adoption score or vendor outcome.

4. Fees and payment

The proposal states the pricing basis, applicable VAT, agreed expenses, invoicing schedule and payment term. Software licences, subscriptions and third-party implementation services are included only when explicitly stated. Additional work and its budget consequences are agreed in writing before it starts.

5. Changes, postponement and cancellation

Please request changes, postponement or cancellation in writing as early as possible. We agree the impact on scope, planning and costs together. Work already performed and any agreed, unavoidable third-party commitments are handled under the engagement agreement. No fixed cancellation penalty is imposed by this page.

6. Confidentiality, data and reporting

Confidential business information is used for the assignment and shared only as agreed or where legally required. The client identifies information approved for use in questionnaires, reports and AI-assisted analysis. Where required, data-processing and security arrangements are documented separately. Internal comments and vendor-shared comments remain distinct; external sharing follows the agreed scope.

7. Reports, tools and third parties

The client may use delivered reports internally for the agreed purpose. Rights to existing methods, templates, software and third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Broader publication or reuse is agreed separately. Vendor claims, integrations and AI-assisted outputs require validation. The client makes its own purchasing decisions. Bas’s involvement in Contatta! is disclosed; any recommendation depends on demonstrated fit.

8. Issues, circumstances and governing law

Raise questions or complaints promptly at info@360spotz.com so we can discuss a practical solution. If unforeseen circumstances affect delivery, we discuss revised arrangements. Liability follows applicable law and any expressly agreed provisions; this page does not introduce a blanket exclusion. Dutch law applies, subject to mandatory legal rules. Disputes are first discussed together and, if unresolved, submitted to the competent court. Changes to this page do not automatically change an existing engagement.
