Delivery & collaboration

Start with a clear assignment

We discuss your objectives, current CRM and the people involved. You receive a proposal covering scope, outputs, planning, fees and the division of responsibilities.

What you receive

Depending on the agreed assignment: an assessment, workflow findings, a requirements document, a vendor comparison or shortlist, a customer report, presentation slides and a practical improvement plan. File formats and access to the CRM hub are agreed beforehand.

Planning and delivery

We agree interview dates, response deadlines, review moments and delivery dates. Delivery can take place through the protected hub, agreed digital files or a presentation. Delays in access, feedback or vendor responses can affect planning; we discuss any changes.

Implementation and aftercare

Platform configuration, migration, training and integration work are scoped separately and may involve specialist partners. Follow-up sessions, support, response times and ongoing monitoring are included only when agreed.

Licences, pricing and vendors

Vendor subscriptions, seat numbers, term, implementation charges and other costs are specified in the evaluation or quotation. A shortlist is a basis for further due diligence, not a purchase order or a warranty of vendor performance.
